For those starting the lessons this fall, be sure to start with the Pre-Program Student Survey. This will give you a good indication of where students assess their leadership skills before they begin the Lead4Change lessons.
To access the survey, go to the red member menu, click Leadership Survey. Follow the steps to copy and share the link with students for the Pre Survey. As students complete the survey, you will be able to return to this page in your member account and download a report of the results.
Follow the same process after completing the lessons to conduct a post-program survey.
Responses on your account will be from your students only. This is a terrific way to see and share the real change that happens when students go through the Lead4Change lessons. Student privacy is very important to us, so students are asked for their initials only – and we do not know your students names, so that information is for you only.
