Celebrating the great work of educators across the country.

We believe educators have the most important job in the country. The Lead4Change Fellowship is our way of celebrating their hard work and pouring back into those who are making an impact in the lives of student leaders.

About The Fellowship:

Each year, a class of 10-15 educators is chosen to engage in a year-long journey of development and personal growth – discovering new ways to create a positive impact in the lives of their students and strengthen their skills as educators.

The Lead4Change Fellowship offers more than just professional development—it’s a chance to be part of an exclusive group of educators leading the way in shaping the future of classrooms and student leadership.
