In partnership with Hope Wired, Lead4Change underwent a nationwide, independent evaluation during the 2024-2025 school year.
The study surveyed a diverse group of middle and high school educators before and after they completed the Core Curriculum.
The survey assessed:
- Students’ growth in hard and soft leadership skills
- Overall student experiences (motivation, empowerment, sense of purpose)
- Educator satisfaction and program impact
The findings? Lead4Change students grew as leaders, strengthened social-emotional skills, and made a real impact—in the classroom and beyond.
