Eligibility Requirements:
Have at least one full year of teaching experience
Be a middle or high school educator, administrator, or club adviser
Be a current U.S. resident working in a school setting

Do I have to be a current Lead4Change educator to apply?
No! The Summit is open to all middle and high school educators—whether you're familiar with Lead4Change or discovering us for the first time
How many PD hours should I expect from The Summit?
We will issue a certificate of completion for 12 professional development hours.
Will I be responsible for any costs?
No. The Summit is our gift to you! If selected, Lead4Change will fully sponsor your Summit experience (valued at roughly $2,500). This includes travel, lodging, food, and all training sessions.
What if I can't attend these dates?
We're excited to host additional Summits in the future. Sign up here to be the first to know when new dates and applications become available.
Can I share this with a colleague who would be a great fit?
Absolutely! If you know an all-star educator who would benefit from this experience, please share the application link with them.
What if I can only attend part of the Summit?
